1 oz aperol 3/4 london dry gin 3/4 ruby red grapefruit juice 3 dashes cranberry bitters

1. Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with Lounge Attire Cocktail Cranberries.

The Chelsea 100

2 oz Bulliet Rye 1 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth 2 dashes Fee Brothers Peach Bitters

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with two Lounge Attire Cocktail Cranberries. As this drink is a take on a Manhattan, it was named Chelsea 100. Named after the infamous Room 100 at the Chelsea Hotel in NYC…

1.5oz Bols Genever 3/4oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/3oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur 1/3oz rich simple syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water) 1/3oz Lounge Attire Premium Cocktail Cranberry syrup 2 dashes orange bitters 1 dash Fee Bros. Old-Fashioned bitters green chartreuse rinse

Combine, shake, strain up into the green chartreuse rinsed glass. Garnish with Lounge Attire Premium Cocktail Cranberries.
